I am Thomas, I am the Webmaster (among other things) of Cumnock Rugby Club. I like TV and cap news (and other stuff sometimes), I like WWE but not soap operas or Jeremy Kyle. Enjoy

Think its time I came here again
Well hello everyone, I know I went quiet slightly there but I had my reasons.
On the rugby front I was glad the minis beat Ayr on Sunday with a good performance. I am slightly more educated on rugby now after doing a rugby ready course in Hamilton.
On Saturday there the 2nd XV played Dalziel 4th XV, unfortunately I forgot my usual tracksuit bottoms and wore my years. My jeans got soaked to the skin. It was horrendous. After the game, I changed into shorts and got in a taxi home to get changed.
The Halloween party in rugby club looked a very good success. I disapeared upto TC's Bar on Saturday night for Johns Halloween Party. I knew I had rugby the Sunday, so I got the last bus home (and watched Indian GP Sunday morning fresh). I have also been helping TCs by doing some setup of its facebook and twitter pages. Go like and follow, I hope we get as big as James Bunten's facebook profile.
Some of you will notice on my blog I have a Kimtag.
It should all the links I work with.
Otherwise on telly, Terra Nova is ok, but not 60 million that was spent. Thw wrestling is stepping up with Survivor Seies the next PPV, Finally the rock is tag teaming with John Cena to beat Awesome Truth. I will see you all soon and take care of each other.

The Big Issue @realmackaystv
On your blog John.
It is unconfirmed that it was Fox that got rid of Cheryl, not Simon on US X Factor. I dont really care if I see Cheryl on a talent programme. i can say she usually on gets hits when on these programmes. Other times she doesnt get to top of the charts. Cheryl isnt really my taste of music.
Cheryl appears to have decided not to do UK X Factor. Is she really worth £2 for a series which is reported what she was offered anyway (unless we get £800,000 from 40% tax).
The Voice is on the USA according to Wikipedia and youtube.
It could be a publicity stunt. I don't think it detracted from Scotty winning American Idol, a certain LA correspondent for Daybreak, Ross King said it didn't get much coverage in USA.

Social Media Podcast Edition 9
I didn't get to the newmediabrekkie in Glasgow and after reading a couple of blogs and twitter posts on #nmb because I was working that morning. I was interested to listen to the latest Social Media Podcast which would hopefully cover what happened from the podcastmatters team.
During the event I get tweet Craig McGill who told me what was happening and that he is not the target market, that got me thinking that I thought he would be. After reading Iain M Hepburn and Craigs blogs
So firstly listen to the social media podcast which is on itunes They are advertising it at the top of the social media podcast page (scroll down to find feed and the rss feeds)(it's edition 9).
I was glad to hear Gordon explaining what he meant by newspapers (as in the physical paper (not online)).
A thank you as well to Gordon for retweeting me saying I had listened to the last podcast.
I am basically still interested as it does help if you are focused when you are interacting with social media.
For my lonely rugby club I do twitter (along with everything else I tweet on), proboards, blogs and now facebook fan page and it does take up my time updating them all and I feel it is getting too large for me (I am not alone). I have had some news I should have a webhost for the original website, which would let me remove proboard and focus it even more. I would keep my blog as I can feed the blog entries into the facebook page (within about an hour). The facebook page is already more popular than the amount of members on the proboard after only 1 week (and my viewing figures on the blog are not down).
Any advice guys.

Hello everybody
Image via Wikipedia
On twitter NewMediaBrekkie and AngieT1972.
New Media Brekkie is part of podcastmatters, a group Tartanpodcast used to MD whose podcast I do listen to. I havent heard anything since he left them. I don't know if it is of interest to me. Look at this link and tell me what you guys think. It is a good blog.
AngieT1972 has a blogspot as well. As part of bellahomecouk getting the Ayrshiremaffia to raise our game, I am trying to find more bloggers out there and them following me on twitter, makes it real easy for me to follow them.
I also want to give illiswerryguy, caldjr, snedwan, sir and cdhinton for tweeting this morning.
You may also notice I use statcounter on the site. I get about 200 pageloads a week on thomasblah and even more on cumnockrugby. I aint giving figure out on that. I hope it helps weeyin13 blog, a fellow member of #ayrshiremaffia. Anybody else in Ayrshire going to join us.
While I am talking #hastags, when you see me use #fb on the end of my tweets, it's so that my selective twitter update on facebook activtes are used on facebook. They don't seem to like too many status updates over there. I use it most for rugby ofcourse.
Well it's nearly dinner time, so have a good evening. It was dry for most of today, but as usual when I got off my bus it was raining, typical.
