Morning, it's Sunday 20th February

Hello guys and girls, I hope you are all well.

I have 2 weeks of cardio physio class left and I feel better for it, even after the up down a step at 3/4 speed. Its talk next week so I will be down there from about 10am to 1pm.

I am definately glad that House, NCIS Los Angeles is back on sky and Hawaii 5-0 is a good addition to that list. On Tuesday/Wednesday I watched all the audition shows and first hollywood week programme of American Idol. It is a good judging panel after goodbye, Mr Cowell. I have 4th day still to watch this week. I do have a pile of The Chaser to watch as well.

I am definately glad on a rugby front that Alex Dunsmuir is back, it makes life just a bit simpler for me. Today there is no rugby at Cumnock today, so I aint down today. Unfortunately the results for Cumnock RFC were not very good (thats me trying to be very positive). So today I get to watch Celtic vs Rangers at home.

Yesterday I went to Coatbridge for the Waysiders/Drumpellier vs Cumnock Stormers game and got back to club after six and headed home for a bath. After which I went back to Cumnock and enjoy Dr Jon as normal and his music. If your lucky enough to follow me on twitter, you will see most of his tunes via shazam (I don't put them on facebook). My shazam list has also been increasing.

The other thing I got interested this week is The Rock is back home and hosting Wrestlemania 27 and announced it on Raw earlier on the week. Also Tinie Tempah did the theme tune to WM27.

I have a senior committee meeting tomorrow night, so that will be it's usual fun.

Hello, its Monday 31st January

Well how are we all.

I have been kept busy at rugby as usual. Went to Newton Stewart RFC on Saturday, there is a lot of twisty roads on the road down there and I didn't really enjoy it.

Saturday night was a bit better.

There is lots more videos on my youtube channel.

I got up at 8.10am for Andy Murray match. Not much else I can say about that.

I next headed to Sunday Market where I need a video recorder as my normal one is away.

Got one fairly cheap.

Next I headed over to Ayr Rugby Club to watch Cumnock s1 & s2 plays there. After finding Rozelle Park I watched.

I went back to rugby club after games and after getting home watched Got To Dance on sky1, the first semi-final. I wanted Luke but he didn't get through to finals. Its better than X Factor.

After that I headed to Cumnock and had some fun down there.

I have now watched the Royal Rumble, but I aint going to give the result away. I also watched Top Gear and it was its usual this weekend.

Friday 21 January

Hello all, hope we are ok out there.

Its been really a couple of weeks since I did this kind of blog, not jokes. Thanks for all the nice comments on them @tookiebunten @melbide @acw86 and anyone else who enjoyed them (I did direct it to certain people).

Last weekend I was very happy when Cumnock RFC got some games. The Saturday I was at 1st XV game and it had been about 2 months since the guys played. Cumnock won 26-0 against Clydesdale. It was a good warm up as the boys at times were rusty and it fet good watching them got on a pitch after 10 weeks off. That evening I stayed around club to 730 (by which point I had details of 2nd XV win) then headed home and watched Man City game which was very good. The next day I went upto church and went down to club to open up for Under 16s playing. I was kept going with doing report and the rush to soft drinks after game. I am glad I have done my turn.

Monday after rugby stuff I relaxed ALL DAY until committee meeting at night and it was a good meeting. Tuesday I was trying to fix TV problems, which wasn't easy. I got home at 325 and made chicken for dinner. I ate that and headed back to Cumnock at 5pm and got a flu jab. It's very easy and I felt no side effects. Next headed back home before going to quiz at Royal Hotel at 8pm. Ayr did well that night with beating Hibs. We won the quiz so it was a good day.

Wednesday I completed fixing telly and tried to buy video recorder on ebay, trouble is very late bidding kept beating me. I think they might have been stuck to screen to make sure they won.

Yesterday I watched Andy Murray win 2nd round quite easily then went to EACH for Physio class. It was good to get busy there and definately enjoyed my bath in the afternoon.

Then I went down to rugby saw about 1st XV team so it can go in the programme which you can buy this weekend and s1/2 when they need bar for Sunday as they are at home.

Next I headed upto The Sun Inn and saw Billy Connelly there.

Let me also tell you "The Kings Speech" is a 9 or 10/10 movie. BEST MOVIE I have seen in ages and I do watch a few. It should get an oscar. For all the graphic based films I have seen recently, the story is great and that wins any time.

Morning guys, I left the house last night and walked into snow on the ground and it still coming out the sky. I wasn't expecting that much snow.

hello - Thursday

Just a quick hello fae me. Yesterday was busy. My broadband speed finally got back to something near normal (hurrah). I hope you are all enjoying Billy's singing from last night. The rugby training was freezing last night (-5) my red Cumnock RFC jumper was very good. I still could't catch a high ball though(this is why I don't play rugby). I printed off the s1,s2, under 16 fixtures off the website and 1st & 2nd XV senior rugby before trying to move about from 8pm to 9pm down at Cumnock Academy astroturf.

The start of Thursday was busy as well, I went to EACH and anti-coag clinic and it went fine. Next I headed to rugby club with the cables for plugging in ipod (iphones) into soundsystem. Next I headed for Ayr. I got me a pair of black trousers at Slaters and got my mums birthday which is tomorrow (Saturday) and got her ****************** (no you aint finding out).

Then phoned Andy and discovered he needed someone in his house when he was going out, so I headed there. At 4pm I got home and printed out those sheet and at about 6pm headed down to Cumnock RFC. I then watched The Chaser on ITV1 London. I like it so much I am series linking it.

After the rugby training I headed out fairly quick and thats when I took video of Billy.



So today I am relaxing. I have done follow friday, but I am going to leave it on twitter. You all have a good weekend.

Hello guys and girls I hope I find you all well today.

I promised a blog a while ago with pictures from fife. Well as you can see there is some.

On the Friday I went upto Glasgow. I missed the accident at Buchanan Bus Station. I put my suitcase in left luggage £6 and headed to hear good band outside @glasgowshopping then I headed for Glasgow Science Centre. I went to see Tron Legacy 3d. I gave it 7/10. I wasnt really surprised with the storyline and it was my first 3d movie and the graphics are something else. I wouldnt see it 2d though.

Then my sister phoned me whens the next bus when I am walking through Sauchiehall Street. I was a bit busy watching where I was walking so she told me 4.50pm to Leven.

So got the bus and taxi'd upto my sisters from centre of town/village.

The family sang Happy Birthday. That day I had around 40 messages on facebook saying happy birthday (it kept my phone busy) so thank you to you all.

Next morning I headed into Leven, got some breakfast and relaxed in the morning. At 12.30 I started to get ready. It took to about 1.30 to finish it. We headed to registry office in the car and Xander didnt want to stand still, ofcourse.

The service went fairly well apart from registrar being nervous, but thats allowed. I was a true scotsman but didnt stand outside very long atall. Not when it got into positive territory in temperatures.

We back back to house and I just sat about for a long time.

That night when Xander was away to bed I watched the weather and saw Fife was going to get bad with even more snow so though I had better get out of fife sooner, rather than later. I said the next morning what I was doing to the rest of them and we all decided to come back to Ayrshire (5 of us). We went to Glenrothes. Now we supposedly had 55 minutes inbetween buses going to Glasgow. We had 5 minutes left. I had Kingdomfm on (some of the time) and updated on their page of the weather as people were asking about buses.

We then still had a bit of snow coming down home but not the amount in fife.

I got off bus my usual 100 yards from bus stop and had post to deal with.

Everything appeared ok in the house, I had a bath and went to Cumnock.

On Monday I got up and watched wwe stuff. Unfortunately a pipe burst in the kitchen washing machine and had filled the sink. I reported it to the @eastayrshire, they fixed in Tuesday afternoon. I created Cumnock RFC a twitter address as pitchero were asking for facebook and twitter pages for the clubs. I will strictly only put Cumnock RFC News on there. So far only 14 followers including @hamiltonBulls thank you to all you out there on Monday who followed it, but does anyone else want to.

Tuesday was good in evening as "the plamphs" won open the envelope (£10 each) and I picked the envelope at the Royal Hotel.

I notice the SunInnCumnock is developing a website that they still have development signs on. I personally wouldn't be advertising it without it being ready for launch.

Wednesday I got karaoke machine going in rugby club. Thursday I was at each for blood test. It went well. Unfortunately later I didnt feel great and had to tell David not to come in incase I give him anything. I didnt even have dinner with my team.

I ate later and felt fine.

I also listened to Social Media Podcast 29 which I really enjoyed. Maybe Willie Walsh should start using tweetdeck so he can get information out. I dont think ipad with sell 2 million a month. I also dont get phone coverage on m77 around Glasgow city centre as well. Lynseys story was the best last night.

So now we are at today which means #followfriday.
