I am Thomas, I am the Webmaster (among other things) of Cumnock Rugby Club. I like TV and cap news (and other stuff sometimes), I like WWE but not soap operas or Jeremy Kyle. Enjoy

Champions League Draw

Tuesday 2 February
Well I thought I was going to relax today, it happenned for a couple of hours. After getting home at about 10.30 last night I was tired before midnight so I headed to bed, I have recorded The Parole Officer from BBC1. I didn't even see the Keane press conference after midnight when he signed for Celtic.
I got up at 8am and I started on my 6 nations poster for rugby club, I wanted it colourful. I did it and loaded it up. It didn't look the same way I did it.
Next the phone rang (about 930). I discovered that everyone has to go to Haven Open Day if they want their job. I then had to phone a couple of my old staff. I got one of them and told her about it. When I phoned my boss he said hadn't he said to me. I said NO. After that I went a did a little bit of shopping down at Tesco, just to feed me for a few days, I march on my stomach.
Google Chrome also got extensions and I have zemantha loaded up again and a new twitter feeder. Its going ok so far. I also had a response to my consultation already.
I then just watched a bit of telly from 2ish to 4.30.
The new league rearrangements had appeared on SRU site and we got the date we expected for Clydebank RFC and I sorted the other 2 postponments. Then I saw there was a 230 kickoff for one of the teams and I remembered they all said 12 noon. I checked them again and they said 2.30pm kick off for us. So I phoned Alex as you do.
I have had some bacon sarnies and fish cakes with noodles and juice for dinner and I feel quite full. So thats today. I am heading down to club soon to do bar.
Does that sound like a day off to you.

Tv capping websites
Some of you may know that I posted pictures (thanks ddandd) on reportercaps, but unfortunately that site has been closed. Most of the cappers are now on TvNewsCaps. This is where I get pictures you see off the telly.
I had somehow won the NFL Playoff Pool, beating all the americans and only watched for 2 weeks before this started. after pjane invited me on facebook to come over to this new proboard.
Some of the other guys also run Hi-Def News Caps blog and Hi-def News Cap proboard
This is why American football livescores are at the bottom of this blah (I just put rugby there to try it first).

Tuesday 1 September
Hello Guys and girls, how are we all.
Well lets start with Sunday. I went to Cumnock RFC mini/midi registration day. It went ok, got some memberships and was back home about 3pm, then I did the admin of doing the database and emailing that to various people. I got told David Kerr, our new Club Captain would email the Cumnock Chronicle himself and told his dad who is also a youth coach and senior player Euan. David sent me the report and I did posted it Monday morning. I went home and didn't have tea, bad idea. My admin had finished by about 5pm and I headed back down to the club to see Alex. I also had my videotape set for Moto GP on BBC3 at 7.45pm. Thanks go to Weeyin13 on twitter to making sure I got it to watch James Toseland.
I wanted to go to the pub, which wasn't going to be affected by anything. I know thats bad, but I did.
So I had a number of pints in Cumnock RFC, upto about 8pm. I got to ask about Saturdays game. I went a walk around woodroad, BAD IDEA. I wasn't sober then.
I walked to The Sun in Cumnock. I made a few videos of people singing (not including me being videod).
I just missed last bus to Auchinleck at 10.45pm and got a taxi. I came home, changed my blogs slightly with tags and went to bed.
I woke up Monday morning with a hangover. I went down to Tesco for a small bit of shopping. I then went home and watched MotoGP. There was a lot of falling over. The commentary said it was more than usual. It was exciting.
Now this was the first week I get to cover Jim's day off at work so I was starting work at 2pm to 10pm. The head office visit has been moved to Wednesday. Our server for credit cards went down which meant everybody had to pay cash. I had a few people not be happy about this, but I only apologised for server not working. The rest of it was ok. I stayed in Ayr last night, I wasn't finishing at midnight, going home and then getting up at 6am to start at 9am. Today wasn't bad until the RAIN fell at 4.50pm and was still raining when I finished today.
This evening I have had pictures to upload to Cumnockrugby blog and chatboard and flickr. I didn't know there is a 200 limit unless you have a pro account (it doesn't delete them). I also had s1 and under 15 fixtures to upload onto websites, so I am bit tired fae rugby. I also got emails which show the results of our division. It's not a rss feed though, so I cant embed it (as far as I know).
Finally I got to check weeyin13 blog. Looks really good for a start. Mrs Toseland (she wishes) will do well.

I also reduced the opening tired to 9-5 Friday-Monday and 10-5 Tue-Friday (after Steve agreed).
I went to go down for a quick pint in Cumnock Rugby Club last night and saw we only had 2 members of staff on, and it was busy. So I ended up working behind the bar for a few hours and getting a taxi home at midnight (as agreed with or rugby club president who was down then, I wasnt going to pay for it).
The night went quickly but we ran out a few things. It's been a while since I served behind the bar when it is busy. It got a little getting used to again.
On the computer front I have been on Absolute Radio a lot lately. I had a kudos level for rock god when I was there a number of months ago. I got down from level 10 to level 4, I think I am about 6/7 now and getting kudos is getting harder.
I have also been listening to Chris Moyles as normal and he did another karaoke with Rockaoke. Kirsty Crawford fronts that and a while ago I used to go to her gigs and after listening Friday morning, most of the performances they aired were as entertaining as me (you listening Snedwan). I hope this helps Kirsty's career anyway.
Its Cumnock Highland Games this weekend and I won't be there, but good luck to all.
