hello - its update time

How are we all out there, I know I havent kept you upto date lately, so here goes. I finished the physio class a week and a bit ago. It was good and has improved my flexibility and Dancing a little. It was good fun (apart from dodging everyone because of my long legs, arms and height). I was the only one who couldnt bounce high on trampoline because the ceiling was about a foot away.

Spotify continues to give me good tunes, thank you. Its better than itunes. I had to buy a new spare battery for my phone because older one stopped working. When the phone dies, the phone dies. I had good lunch with Frank last week. Good fun and conversation. Cumnock RFC keeps me busy as ever. I had the Shaw today for eye test. Everything is the same as before about 15 months ago, so thats good.

I like the new panel on American Idol, The Dawg is still bril but adding Jlo & S Tyler was a great move. I am a Scotty McCreary fan. He should stick to what he is doing (C&W).

House, NCIS:LA, NCIS is back on my viewing list as well.

Now I have Law and Order UK on ITV London as STV aint showing the new series, so I am away to watch it. See you all later.

Morning, it's Sunday 20th February

Hello guys and girls, I hope you are all well.

I have 2 weeks of cardio physio class left and I feel better for it, even after the up down a step at 3/4 speed. Its talk next week so I will be down there from about 10am to 1pm.

I am definately glad that House, NCIS Los Angeles is back on sky and Hawaii 5-0 is a good addition to that list. On Tuesday/Wednesday I watched all the audition shows and first hollywood week programme of American Idol. It is a good judging panel after goodbye, Mr Cowell. I have 4th day still to watch this week. I do have a pile of The Chaser to watch as well.

I am definately glad on a rugby front that Alex Dunsmuir is back, it makes life just a bit simpler for me. Today there is no rugby at Cumnock today, so I aint down today. Unfortunately the results for Cumnock RFC were not very good (thats me trying to be very positive). So today I get to watch Celtic vs Rangers at home.

Yesterday I went to Coatbridge for the Waysiders/Drumpellier vs Cumnock Stormers game and got back to club after six and headed home for a bath. After which I went back to Cumnock and enjoy Dr Jon as normal and his music. If your lucky enough to follow me on twitter, you will see most of his tunes via shazam (I don't put them on facebook). My shazam list has also been increasing.

The other thing I got interested this week is The Rock is back home and hosting Wrestlemania 27 and announced it on Raw earlier on the week. Also Tinie Tempah did the theme tune to WM27.

I have a senior committee meeting tomorrow night, so that will be it's usual fun.

At the rugby club last night I had a number of beers which was good, for some of the hard work I have been doing down there, but I volunteered to do bar Tuesday nights until I get a job. Its not a long shift anyway. I think there is football on English BBC next Tuesday, so I will be able to watch it. We have a committee meeting on Monday.

Catriona was down in the club last night, the person organising the Burns Supper for Saturday 6th February. After seeing the Cumnock Chronicle website on Wednesday and it mentioning Cumnock RFC Burns Supper. Bobby Horton (the chairman of the event) was also there. I was glad I was down in the club to see how they got on organising it. They even got other people who were not buying a ticket to go to it. On the same day Cumnock is away to Cowal (Dunoon) with a noon kick-off. I wonder how long it takes to get back from Dunoon back to Cumnock?

The Cumnock Chronicle did put the email I did into the paper (bottom right of page 31 (2nd last page). Everybody I showed the paper liked the fact it was in the paper (yeah, I didn't get shouted at). I did the right thing.

After that I went into The Sun, tried Fireflies (which I cannot do) and went down that ice path to the bus stands.

Then I got home, had a bite to eat and did some work on the tvnewscaps british threads site as my computer was going quicker and had a very nice chat with sabrina about snow.

I went to bed at 2.30 (and went straight to sleep) and got up at 9am this morning. American Idol has started again and I watched the Atlanta one this morning, you can see from the packages if they are good singers or not before they go up. The biggest point ofcourse was #pantsontheground song. Thankfully the general is 62, so he was slightly above 28 year old limit. Here is the video link

Morning all, I hope you are all ok. The snow did continue, they must have been a inch or so last night, it definately covered the road. From Well Road the gritters have been out.

I am now watching american idol as you all know I like to keep up on american programming.
